Why we require credit cards for booking appointments

We have recently experienced problems with someone booking fake appointments with our business. To combat the issue and ensure that as many appointments as possible remain open for legitimate clients we now require a valid credit card number to be provided when booking appointments. Your credit card will not be charged when you book your appointment, it will simply run through a validation process to ensure that you are a real person and your booking is not fake. When you come in for your appointment you may choose to pay for your service with cash, credit, debit or gift certificates. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks.
